I'm not convinced yet.
The quality is good, as we’d expect from Thule. Fitting it to the tow bar is easy thanks to the large twist handle. The bikes sit a fair bit higher on the carrier compared to my old one, which has increased fuel consumption by about 10%. Personally, I see this as a downside. I understand the need for this height, as otherwise the tilt function would be compromised. The Epos 3 has a slightly different/better function. Mounting the bikes is a bit awkward, as you have to raise the upright of the next bike quite a bit whilst mounting the first one. This also applies to the second bike. In short; I’m not convinced yet. Perhaps the Epos 3 is a better alternative.

Bought Thule Outpace because of price, weight and functionality (tilting). Unfortunately, the tilting function is insufficient for a VW Multivan (will also be the case for a California). Apart from this, very user-friendly and sturdy bike rack (also ideal for racing bikes). Will have to look for alternative anyway, as tilt function is crucial.

Reliable bike carrier for three bikes that stores fine and compact!
Fine bike carrier that is a bit high behind the car. However, it is easily accessible and does not just sit on the ground. Bikes can also be taken off and placed separately. Pity about the plastic straps near the wheels, these have no rubber protection. Solved with an old inner tube in no time. Reliable quality that will probably last for many years. Simply store it standing up. Takes up little space.
